In 2011, IAC's Match Group announced another blockbuster acquisition of OkCupid for $50 million. Tech Crunch reported the deal included 27 targeted dating sites, including and, with a combined 255,000 subscribers. IAC acquired People Media for $80 million in cash in July 2009, months after Match Group's inception.
